Overview
The Contracting Manager leads a team of contracting specialists who draft, negotiate, and operationalize clinician employment and services agreements at Providence entities. The manager is the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for regional executives who are negotiating agreements and will identify, escalate, and operationalize necessary improvements to contract templates, contracting workflows, and governance documents.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of contracting specialists in drafting, negotiating, and implementing clinical service and employment agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for regional executives negotiating agreements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5 years experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal language in a fast-paced environment
- 4 years experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a related field, or
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- 5 years experience in a healthcare setting with responsibility for regulatory compliance
