As Vice President of Human Resources, youll be at the forefront of shaping the people strategy for a fast-paced, mission-driven government contracting organization. This is a highly visible leadership role where your expertise in federal contracting requirements, compliance standards (FAR, DFARS, SCA), and security clearance protocols will directly influence business success. The Vice President of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and government contracting requirements. This role ensures compliance with federal regulations (SCA, FAR, DFARS, EEO, OFCCP, ITAR, and security clearance protocols) while driving policies that promote integrity and accountability. Key responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and retention strategies for cleared and skilled professionals, fostering employee engagement and performance, and overseeing conflict resolution. The VP HR will design competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits programs, strengthen leadership at all levels through coaching and development, and guide organizational change in response to evolving contract needs and business growth. In addition, this leader will manage HR operationsincluding benefits administration, compliance audits, reporting, and HRIS systemswhile remaining flexible to take on additional responsibilities that advance the organizations success.
