Responsible for the upkeep repairs and renovation of building and grounds. Maintain neat, clean and safe work environment including responsibility for inventory of supplies, equipment, and machinery necessary for effective job performance. Maintain and service utilities in heat, electrical, plumbing and power. Make necessary repairs to facilities and property within scope of ability. Interior painting as needed. Maintain the grounds by mowing, sweeping, shoveling, snow removal, and spreading sand to prevent slipping on walkways and parking areas as needed. Clean, store and make minor repairs to tools and equipment. Stock supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Keep storage areas neat and orderly. Routine maintenance of vehicles, including checking for accident kits, vehicle registration, and necessary insurance documentation.
