The Mobility Assistance Specialist position provides safe and courteous mobility assistance to passengers requiring wheelchair support, transporting customers to and from destinations throughout the terminal and on/off airplanes. This role supports accessibility and passenger flow within airport operations. Full-time and part-time positions may be available. Responsibilities Assist and transport passengers that require wheelchair assistance through arrival and check-in processes, to/from assigned gate to their flights, as well as within the terminal and aircraft. Assist wheelchair passengers with their carry-on bags, assisted devices and checked luggage. Operate mobility equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures and airport regulations. Greet passengers in a friendly and courteous manner. Provide proactive, empathetic, and professional support, including navigation and wayfinding throughout the terminal.
