We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Alaska operations. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-value projects while working with a collaborative team that values safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Compensation: The starting range is $150,000 DOE, with bonus potential as well!

What You'll Do

• Lead project teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee project schedules, sequencing, budgets, and cost control measures
• Review, negotiate, and manage owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Supervise and mentor superintendents, project engineers, and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all job sites

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
• Proven experience managing $10M–$50M+ projects, preferably in government, commercial, multi-family, or hospitality sectors
• Prior experience working in Alaska construction environments (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, drawings, and specifications, including self-perform work scopes (concrete, framing, civil, finishes)
• Familiarity with USACE, USCG, USAF, GSA, and Alaska state/city contracting (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (P6 preferred; USACE RMS a plus)
• Valid driver's license and current First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
