You will work with a core group of engineers and designers on studies, designs, and field assignments for clients across Alaska. Your work will focus on water and wastewater treatment systems and storage, conveyance, and distribution system projects. You will work collaboratively with our team to complete the following:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
Minimum 7 years in the industry with directly applicable project management experience
Professional Engineer license (P.E.) (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
Progressive experience developing engineering technical reports and presentations, design drawings and specifications, and/or with computer modeling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver and lead tasks
Attention to detail, quality delivery, and client service
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to help develop other front-line leaders as part of succession planning
Ideally, here's what you'll also have:
Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
Design and/or project management experience
A strong network with local municipalities or other water/wastewater clients

The base salary range for this position is $117,300.00 to $183,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
