The NMS Shareholder Apprentice Program is designed to provide motivated shareholder candidates the unique opportunity to receive on-the-job training within the Anchorage-based Security division for a period of 24 months. This position will provide field or regional oversight, coordination, and supervision of personnel involved in providing a client's security and property protection activities on multiple contracts. Upon successful completion of the program, the apprentice will be prepared to step into regular full-time employment as a fully qualified security manager. This position will be responsible for providing management support as described in the essential duties and responsibilities.
