Real Property Specialist DoD Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for two Real Property Specialists to support our clients operation in JBER, AK. This is a long-term contract (contract to hire) position and a great opportunity to work on a high-profile government project. Travel expenses to base/s will be provided. The Real Property Specialist shall support base civil engineer responsibilities concerning real property acquisition, management, accounting, reporting, facility use, disposal, and FIAR readiness. Qualifications: 3 years experience in real property. Experience should include assistance in research of legal documents, investigating facts, or assisting in preparing legal documents. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related fields preferred. Must attend AFIT Real Property Management Course WMGT 424 within 12 months of being assigned to the position.
