Your Role

* Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal network

* Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings

* Follow up with leads to keep interest alive and assist in their hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews held, and hires made from your leads

Qualifications for Success

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven, commission-only role, meaning there is no limit to your income potential and no ceiling on your achievements.

You'll be compensated based on the true value you create:
