Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, robust software solutions for Aeras treasury management platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of new features.
• Participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high coding standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve Aeras platform continuously.
• Create technical documentation and user guides.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Work on front-end UI components for the Aera app.
• Develop backend ETL and data processes.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Frontend experience with React and Typescript.
• Understanding of blockchain and DeFi protocols, concepts, and best practices (or a strong desire to learn).
• Strong communication skills, especially written, and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Bonus Points

• Experience developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks.
• Experience with Smart Contracts and Solidity.
