Roles and Responsibilities

The Lead QA Analyst is responsible to lead, manage and execute the entire lifecycle of a testing project from strategic planning to tactical activities. This role is expected to possess and demonstrate a deep understanding of IT operations, business operations, and corresponding processes and capabilities within various applications under test.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

5+ years of Functional Testing - Manual Testing experience

Experience in E-commerce Application Testing and Estimation & Resource Planning

Knowledge in COTS Products.

Test Strategizing and Planning

Testing Process and Metrics

Technology Trends

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
