Account Director (Enterprise & Mid-Market)

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business plans to attain goals and quotas
• Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones
• Communicate knowledge of the demand generation landscape to clients and demonstrate how we can help achieve their goals
• Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure client success and satisfaction
• Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records and data
• Forecast revenue accurately and meet sales targets

Minimum Requirements

• 2-5+ years of successful experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in identifying stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-Market technology organizations and closing large programs
• Consultative selling style with strong follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and passion for thriving in a competitive environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
