The Retail Supervisor position is responsible for supervising employees engaged in serving food and beverage in a university setting. Responsibilities Administers, supervises, and directs ongoing business activity for multiple retail outlets. Implements an organized system of supervision and formal operating procedures. Maintains excellent customer service standards with a focus on continuous improvement.
