Bering Straits Native Corporation is seeking an experienced and qualified Payroll Specialist. Depending on experience the successful candidate will be placed at the appropriate level designation, I or II. The position of Payroll Specialist reports to the Payroll Supervisor. The function of the Payroll Specialist includes preparing, processing and reconciling payrolls for employees in multiple states and multi-company environment. Tasks are generally routine and require little deviation from the established procedures. The Payroll Specialist may also be responsible for periodic and quarterly tax payments and filings.
