The Division of Personnel provides policy, consultative guidance, and human resource services to State of Alaska Executive Branch agencies. Classification Services offers consultation and expertise in job analysis while administering fair and equitable job classification and pay structures to support the state civil service.
This position can be based in either Anchorage or Juneau, depending on the selected candidate's location. We offer a hybrid telework model with two in-office days per week to balance remote work and in-person collaboration. In Juneau, work from the State Office Building; in Anchorage, from the Atwood Building. You will engage in a mix of in-person, telephone, and digital interactions and use tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel), Workplace Alaska, IRIS, and Aspire Alaska.
