A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION JOB SITE LEADER - FOREMAN

From the moment you step on-site, you're the go-to expert ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. As a Construction Job Site Leader - Foreman, you'll:

• Oversee remodeling and framing projects for residential and commercial properties.
• Manage schedules, work orders, and materials like the pro you are. Interpret project plans.
• Lead your team by example, solving challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Keep clients, crews, and managers in sync to deliver outstanding results every time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership experience as a foreman
• Extensive experience with remodeling and framing, both residential and commercial
• Scheduling experience
• Experience reading plans
• Work order management experience
• Material acquisition and project management experience

Qualifications:

• Auto-Cad experience
