The Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Division of Commercial Fisheries is recruiting for an Information Officer 2 located in Anchorage! What you will be doing:The Information Officer has the primary responsibility to coordinate the commercial fisheries public information and education programs, disseminate commercial fisheries management and research program information to the public and oversee the Central/ AYK Regions publications program. Provide specific, detailed information on complex federal, state, area, and department commercial fishing regulations, management plans, statistical data, policies and procedures, and technical information on emergency order openings and closures of the Regions' commercial fisheries to the public in person, over the phone, or email.
