Job Details

The Facilities Maintenance Tech I performs a variety of general and routine maintenance and repairs of assigned equipment and facilities. This includes plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling and other building systems. Inspects and performs preventative maintenance repairs on facilities and electrical systems, HVAC, generators, fire and/or safety systems. Schedules maintenance or repairs to minimize disruptions to operations wherever possible. Performs work under general supervision and handles moderately complex issues and problems. The Facilities Maintenance Tech I operates under close supervision of GSE Manager, and responsible for the cleaning and general facilities upkeep of designated areas. Responsibilities Plans repair work and perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
