What You'll Do

• Lead 1:1 sessions
• Small Group Training (1-4 people)
• Large Group Team Training (3-15 people)
• Deliver fitness consultations and programming
• Inspire and educate members in and out of sessions
• Motivate consistency, celebrate progress, and help clients shift their lifestyle long-term
• Contribute to outreach, retention, and creating a gym culture people LOVE

Requirements

• Must hold an NCCA-accredited cert (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, etc)
• Strong knowledge of fitness and body mechanics
• Ability to coach in a high-energy, people-first setting

Compensation & Growth

You'll earn a base hourly rate plus commission for sessions delivered and packages sold.

The more clients you coach and impact you create, the more you earn. And the opportunities to grow here? Very real AF.
