Full Time Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Day Shift Using the Synergy Model, the Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS): Supports, supervises, and evaluates staff new to a clinical setting during their first 90 to 180 days on the unit. Acts within the nurse-patient, nurse-nurse, and nurse-system spheres.
