This role combines proposal management expertise with targeted capture responsibilities to strengthen the company's competitive position and modernize the proposal function. The Capture/ Proposal Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of compliant, compelling proposals while integrating emerging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency. The role also conducts basic capture management activities - including competitive intelligence, market research, and opportunity qualification - supporting growth objectives across multiple business lines.
