As an Engineer in Conoco. Phillips Exploration and Production Americas Business Unit, you would initially be enrolled in one of our two field-based rotational programs. The rotational programs consist of four, 3-month rotations through each of the following fields: Production, Completions, Drilling, and either Reservoir or Facilities. Upon completion of the program the engineer will be assigned a permanent role in one of the following fields: Production, Facilities, Reservoir, Drilling, Completions, or Projects. Based upon your qualifications and area of specialization, you may be responsible for:Supporting daily operations. Developing and implementing field optimization strategies. Ensuring designs align with industry standards and codes. Generating design basis, procedures, cost estimates and schedules for well workovers, recompletions and new wells.
