The primary purpose of the position, under direction of the Municipal Clerk, is providing a full range of Administrative and Clerical duties to the Municipal Clerk's Office, Agenda Team, and the Assembly. Key duties include preparing informational legislation for Community Council correspondence and by-laws, preparing and distributing meeting calendars, monitoring the general email inbox, and updating Legislative Branch contact sheets. This position also serves as backup for front desk functionsgreeting the public, answering inquiries, processing payments, scheduling meetings, and handling mail - provides support for Assembly meetings by preparing meeting spaces, distributing materials, assisting the public, and preparing and archiving meeting minutes in accordance with AMC 2.30.010.
