Title: Senior Project Architect
Bonus: Discretionary year end bonus
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $90-130K

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in commercial architecture.
• Professional registration preferred.
• Expertise in architectural design software.

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Create and develop comprehensive architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
• Collaborate with design teams, providing guidance and insight to ensure the highest quality of architectural output.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and environmental standards.
• Contribute to the development of project specifications, drawings, and models using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Speclink, etc.).
