Role Responsibilities:

• Compile and input project data into internal systems (EBS and BI)
• Draft monthly project status reports for invoices
• Assist project managers with updating project management plans and schedules
• Track project budgets and assist with contractual estimates
• Calculate project metrics like earned value forecasts
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Apply quality assurance guidelines for document management
• Record meeting notes and draft records
• Coordinate team schedules for document development and reviews
• Support development of project guides and reviews

Perform other duties as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–3 years related experience

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or relevant experience
• At least 1 year related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Active participation in our employee-owned culture
