Job Description

• Implement and manage Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).
• Work closely with business teams to ensure effective system use, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Configure and maintain system settings, security, and integrations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Monitor system health and apply updates as needed.
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Our Requirements

• Experience in implementing, managing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, including ARCS, FCCS, and PBCS.
• Nice to have experience in Profitability and Cost Management and Narrative reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, planning, and consolidation.
• Expertise in financial reporting, including designing reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
• Knowledge of system configuration, security settings, and integrations within Oracle EPM.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
• Experience in training and supporting business users.
• Expert in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in managing system updates and monitoring system health.
• At least 2-3 successful Oracle EPM implementations completed.
