The Department of Education & Early Development is looking for a Human Resource Consultant 4. The pay will be determined based on the selected location of the applicant.
What You Will Be Doing:
The Department of Education & Early Development (DEED) is seeking an HR professional to fill our Human Resources Business Partner role. This position is the sole HR employee providing services to the department and will be engaged in a wide variety of work including: strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance development, and change management. The incumbent also serves as a liaison to centers of expertise in the Department of Administration, collaborating on issues such as ADA, EEO, discipline, and labor relations issues in support of the department and its employees. The incumbent is a member of the Executive Management team and works closely with department leadership to ensure the department's HR strategy supports the strategic goals and performance indicators of the agency's work.
