The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program offers you an exciting entry-level opportunity aimed at preparing you for a rewarding Store Management position in just 18-24 months. This role typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
During the program, you will work closely with store management to oversee a thriving business valued at over a million dollars. You'll provide leadership and strategic insight, and learn about operations and customer engagement, all while contributing to the store's success. You will play a critical role in expanding our market share by catering to large commercial clients such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, and manufacturers.
