Network Specialist I/II (41-6098) Anchorage Information Services Support The Alaska Court System (ACS) Information Services Support Division invites applications for a Network Specialist. This position provides technical support for ACS network devices and services. This is a non-remote, in-person role located in Anchorage, AK.
Join the Alaska Court System's Networking team and help power the systems that keep justice moving. The role involves working with servers, networks, and cutting-edge tools to install and maintain Datacenter/WAN/LAN infrastructure and manage systems such as Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Citrix, antivirus software, and more to keep critical technology running smoothly.

This is a non-remote, in-person position. The incumbent may travel to remote court locations across Alaska.
Work hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. This is a full-time position.
Three years of professional experience in networking, IT analysis and troubleshooting, system maintenance, hardware/software installation and maintenance, network utilities/services, and database management; one year must be in Microsoft-based network operating systems. Substitution options include a bachelor's degree or MCSE/related certification as detailed in the original posting.
