Carpenter Lead

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter Lead to join our team. This role is essential for various construction and renovation projects, where you will apply your expertise in carpentry and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in remodeling and a strong understanding of trim carpentry and window and door replacement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and other remodeling activities
• Install fixtures and fittings according to specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols on job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Oversee laborers and carpenter apprentices

Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in the construction industry
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable performing projects at heights above 6' safely
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
