The Accounts Payable Technician II plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions within the organization. This role is responsible for following detail-oriented and time-sensitive accounts payable processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to pivot and multitask. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively with other departments in a timely manner. This position is Anchorage based Responsibilities Review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely and accurate entry of payable invoices, adhering to departmental procedures. Ensure timely payment to vendors and maintain the streamlined payment process. Utilize with proficiency CHIP (Chenega Item Processing workflow) and Costpoint to accomplish the above tasks. Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies and respond to subsidiary inquiries.
