The Dishwasher position performs a variety of cleaning, stocking, dishwashing, and minor food preparation duties in a commercial kitchen located within a commercial kitchen in a restaurant setting. This position will support the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge in Bethel, AK. This is a rotational position with a 4-weeks on & 4-weeks off schedule. Housing and three square meals per day provided. The point of hire origin is Anchorage, AK. NMS will provide airfare from YKHC Service Area to Bethel, AK for this rotational position. Responsibilities Disposes of trash in assigned receptacles. Cleans various carts and trash receptacles. Stocks storage areas with incoming products. Washes objects by hand or with cleaning equipment. Cleans dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc. and places in assigned storage areas in an organized and orderly manner. Cleans, sweeps, wipes down, etc. all general dining, kitchen, or storage areas (in some cases), and equipment as well as all floors.
