Job responsibilities include:
• Proper installation of tires and wheels
• Managing workflow among technicians
• Relearning, calibrating, and replacing TPMS systems
• Providing excellent customer service
• Completing work per company policies
• Ensuring all tasks and repairs meet standards
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The role involves indoor work in a shop environment, using mechanic's hand and power tools, often producing vibration and force. Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling are frequent. Lifting and forceful pushing or pulling of weights between 20 and 100 pounds may be required occasionally.

Experience with tire technician duties, supervisory experience is a plus. Ability to operate various vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
