As a Security Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will be part of a SOC team that secures Epic's SaaS infrastructure for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country. You'll identify security events, coordinate investigation and response, and stay updated on emerging security threats to recommend and implement solutions. Learn more about the team at

Minimum Requirements:

• Familiarity with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, VPNs, application whitelisting, and data loss prevention
• Experience with log analysis, monitoring, system/network auditing, or working in a SOC
• Security certifications such as GSEC, SSCP, ECSA, Security+ are a plus
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell is helpful
• Experience with access management, Active Directory, and physical security is a plus
• Familiarity with SIEM, MFA, and ITIL tools is beneficial
• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Responsibilities include ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting, following policies, escalating incidents, and meeting security responsibilities.
