Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our appliance repair company. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, scheduling appointments, and dispatching. On-the-job training is available for the right candidate. The hours of work are Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments for technicians to perform repairs
• Dispatch technicians to job sites
• Look up parts information for customers and technicians
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Accurately record and maintain customer information and appointment details
• Meet and exceed customer service goals and standards

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in scheduling appointments and dispatching (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills, including experience with customer service software (preferred but not required)

Wage Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
