About the role :

The Security Specialists, under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensure SIS standards and policies are met in overall field services, operations, and functions in assigned areas such as site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects as assigned. All duties must be performed in accordance with client policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include :

1. Providing a safe and professional work environment for the client's employees and guests.
2. Patrolling on foot to secure your assigned post and providing escort services as needed.
3. Responding quickly to incidents.
4. Representing our brand, the client, and yourself professionally with a positive attitude every day.

Candidate requirements :

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by law, along with all client-requested certifications.
3. Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
4. Maintaining uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform.
