The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of airline crew members between aircraft, airport facilities, and designated hotel locations. Operating 15-passenger company vans in a fast-paced airport environment, this role is critical to supporting airline operations and ensuring punctual crew movement. Drivers must follow airport security rules, company procedures, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate 15-passenger vans on scheduled or on-call routes between the airport, hotels, and other authorized locations. Adjust pickup/drop-off timing in coordination with dispatch and flight schedule updates. Maintain communication with dispatch via radio or phone regarding assignments and routing. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts; promptly report safety or mechanical issues. Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for service.
