We invite applications for the position of Account Manager for Mobile Activations, a pivotal role within our Mobile Solutions team.

Th Account Manager Mobile Activations requires a focus on enhancing key client relationships and driving activation success in the mobile payments space. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to optimize their use of our mobile solutions while achieving established revenue targets. This role is based in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing mobile activation clients to ensure maximum benefit from Euronet's offerings.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to facilitate effective and timely client support during the activation process.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to enhance client engagement and drive revenue increases.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services to our clients that enhance their experience.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and new technologies relevant to mobile payments.
  • Company provided: car allowance, cell phone, and laptop.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of account management or client service experience in the fintech or telecom industry.
  • Deep understanding of mobile payments and the activation lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret business data and metrics.
  • Proactive, results-oriented individual able to work independently.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as necessary.
