Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, ERP Michael Cooper is recruiting this position.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workday SCM (Supply Chain Management) Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high-impact Workday SCM implementations and optimizations for our clients, with an emphasis on those who have experience working with Workday implementation partners. You will work closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to design, configure, and deploy scalable Workday SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Workday SCM modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts).
• Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, design future-state processes, and configure Workday accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HCM, Finance, and Integrations to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Leverage partner-side implementation experience to provide strategic guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct system testing, support data conversion, and assist in training and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Workday SCM capabilities and roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday SCM experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience working on the partner side (e.g., Big 4, Workday-certified implementation partners) is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Workday SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Accounts.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into effective Workday solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Workday certification in SCM or relevant modules (preferred but not required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
