Opening: Project Engineer/Manager
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $70,000 - $90,000

COMPANY INFO:
We're partnering with a well-established, locally operated construction company known for delivering high-quality commercial projects throughout Anchorage and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on healthcare construction, this team prides itself on precision, accountability, and a deep-rooted commitment to the local community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support the successful execution of complex healthcare and commercial construction projects
• Coordinate and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and daily reporting using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Assist in project scheduling and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee quality control measures including inspections, punch lists, and documentation tracking
• Support on-site logistics including material handling, deliveries, and safety compliance
• Coordinate Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) processes for hospital project phase
• Participate in project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
• Track and maintain LEED and ICRA compliance documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of experience in construction or project engineering
• Familiarity with submittal and RFI processes
• Experience with construction documentation and quality control procedures
• Strong understanding of safety and risk management practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with construction management software, particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with hospital or healthcare construction
• Working knowledge of LEED documentation and compliance
• Experience with ICRA/ILSM coordination and phased renovation projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
