True North Federal Credit Union is searching for a dynamic personality to join our team. As the Contact Center Supervisor, you will be the go-to person for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of contact center representatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with your manager to supervise the day-to-day operations including the front-line representatives.
• Ensure that service levels are maintained and goals/expectations for the department are met.
• Serve as a Contact Center agent as needed.
• Interact with member via telephone or electronic communication.
• Collaborate with the manager for hiring, training, directing and evaluating employee performance.
• Model appropriate workplace professionalism and teamwork.
  
  
  

What you'll need to bring to the table:

• 1 – 3 years of similar or related experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal competency
• High school education or GED
• Previous call center experience or financial institution experience preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate!!
