Location: Anchorage, AK (JBER)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 per year (based on experience; discuss during interview)

Requirements: Must be a US Citizen, pass federal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide construction engineering services on federal projects valued from tens to hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Conduct site observation and reporting on multiple projects.
• Support technical and administrative tasks.
• Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities.
• Analyze design and construction issues, ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Review plans, specifications, reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Prepare detailed daily reports and participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and contractors, with experience in US Army Corps of Engineers projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of engineering, construction, and contract administration experience.
• Experience with government projects, especially USACE, is preferred.
• Experience with large campus-type projects and mechanical systems is preferred.
