Accounting/ Finance employees will typically begin their Conoco. Phillips career in Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; or Midland, Texas. There are also limited opportunities available in Anchorage, Alaska. Job description and responsibilities will vary depending on the first job assignment. The Finance organization has new hire positions in Financial and Commercial Services, Financial and Performance Analysis, Treasury, and Audit. Responsibilities may include:Providing accounting, business analysis, and decision support to operations and management.
