• Lead Strategic Planning: Define and evaluate short- and long-term marketing strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage Marketing Budget: Oversee a sizeable budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Drive Creative Execution: Supervise the development of print and digital media campaigns, maintaining brand integrity.
• Supervision: Oversight of the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant
• Oversee External Partnerships: Manage relationships with contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
• Develop Co-Branded Campaigns: Align merchandising goals with vendor strategies to create compelling joint marketing efforts.
• Administer Marketing Funds: Ensure timely collection and effective use of co-op and market development funds.
• Analyze Performance Metrics: Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve marketing outcomes.
• Lead Social Media Strategy: Manage brand presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor evolving marketing trends and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in the marketing or retail industries
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
• At least two years of experience supervising direct reports
• Experience managing budgets of at least $500,000
• Graphic design experience: 4 years minimum
• Social media and Meta Business Suite: 4 years minimum
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Advanced computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to think creatively within deadlines and pay acute attention to detail
• Ability to develop and manage budgets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current marketing techniques and best practices
• Strong understanding of marketing dynamics
• Ability to travel
• Ability to drive a vehicle as needed
