**Job Summary:**
Northern Hospitality Group in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead research and development efforts for beer and other beverages. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining recipes to enhance flavor and efficiency, conducting pilot tests, managing quality control processes, selecting ingredients, optimizing the brewing process, tracking industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the budget, and providing training to staff.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- At least 36 months of experience in brewing or beverage production innovation.
- Strong knowledge of recipe development and quality control procedures.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement innovative strategies.
- Excellent budget management skills.
- Training experience is a plus.

**Location:**
