Position Summary
All Covenant House Alaska program staff work as advocates and allies for youth experiencing homelessness and human trafficking.
The Program Manager provides and ensures a high quality of service delivery in all aspects of youth care through direct supervision, management, and program development. They oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned program to include but not limited to; budget, safety, staffing, data management, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Additionally, they ensure alignment with the agency's Diversity Equity and Inclusion objectives. The Program Manager serves in a leadership position and therefore will exercise independent and sound judgment particularly regarding youth and facility safety. They model and uphold a strong commitment to the mission, values, and young people of Covenant House Alaska.
