As a Management & Program Analyst, you will serve as an expert analyst supporting project management staff. Additionally, you will oversee a staff of employees that include experts who manage specific regional program work.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing highly complex management studies and high-level business and programmatic analysis; providing expert advice in implementing project management activities, including planning, management, execution and coordination of directives and program initiatives; and providing direction and guidance to teams.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $111,026 for Anchorage, AK; $105,666 for Portland, OR; $98,496 for Spokane, WA and $109,546 for Seattle and Tacoma, WA per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
