ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned company founded in 2013. We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations.

The Store Manager is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position and is responsible for the overall operations of a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

1. Build customer relationships & deliver exceptional customer experience.
2. Direct the workflow in the service department, overseeing a team of technicians.
3. Meet and exceed defined objectives, store performance, and sales goals.
4. Assist in hiring, interviewing, and employee relations concerns.
5. Lead, coach, and train store employees.
6. Handle daily paperwork involved with retail operations.
7. Inventory & facility management.

Qualifications:

1. Retail sales and/or management experience.
2. High School Diploma/GED is required.
3. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
4. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
5. Valid driver's license.
