The Milieu Clinician is a key member of The Pathway Home treatment team responsible for providing therapeutic support, clinical guidance, and emotional regulation coaching to Customer-Owners (C - Os) within the residential setting. This position plays a vital role in integrating trauma-informed care throughout the daily milieu, using the ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) framework to foster healing, build resilience, and promote developmental growth. The Milieu Clinician works collaboratively with direct care staff to ensure a safe, structured, and relationally rich environment. Primary Responsibilities Provide Clinical Support to C - Os in the Milieu: Engage with C - Os throughout the day to build trust and connection, model healthy relationships, and reinforce coping and regulation skills in real time.
