The Behavioral Health Program Manager will manage grant programs with deliverables surrounding behavioral health and trauma informed care; They will identify and monitor organizational training needs, then design, plan, and implement comprehensive training programs, policies, and procedures for behavioral health and trauma informed care, as well as provide support and counseling resources to youth and families across all Clubhouse locations in Alaska. These initiatives will focus on delivering evidence-based behavioral health and trauma-informed training and services to all Boys & Girls Clubs of Southcentral Alaska staff. The goal is to equip Boys & Girls Clubs of Southcentral Alaska staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster trauma-informed environments and support mental and emotional well-being.
